As the Heart and Soul of Alchemy, Matt has spent over 20 years nurturing what is now a world-class producer of high-quality brand solutions and creations.
His technical and creative background in theming, set building and conceptual semi-permanent construction has seen his career move from corporate theatre to film through to his own custom production business. In addition to his professional pursuits, Matt is a musician & children’s book author.

Terri’s goal is to assist our staff to reach their full potential and to draw ideas and inspiration from them to move the business forward. Terri has two degrees in psychology, (BA Psych + Grad Dip Psych), she is also an artist and writer.

John Chellingworth, former CEO and CFO has worked among global telecommunication and national broadcasters and now guides Alchemy into the company’s recent amazing growth and direction. Mark Cooper is an award-winning special events veteran and trailblazer with a career that has taken him around the world to work on unique events and productions over his 30-year career.
With an amazing mix of big-name events under his belt, Mark comes to Alchemy to enhance our depth in client solutions with his broad knowledge of technical and production in experiential, conference, trade shows, entertainment, automotive, fashion, brand, broadcast and sports.

Peter Meulman is valued as one of Alchemy’s key assets; his work serves as a dramatic statement for our clients. Peter brings real project experience to his designs, translating ideas into realities. This immensely gifted and creative individual always invests himself personally and professionally along with his team in the visualisation of our clients’ projects.

Adam Graham is multi-talented over a wide range of building techniques and leads our team of dedicated craftsmen and women at Alchemy. A blacksmith artist in his own right, Adam’s attention to design and manufacturing is a statement of our quality of work produced for some of the world’s leading brands.
Logistics & Installations Manager
Amassing a collection of close to 2000 vinyl records keeps things spinning after hours.
Duarte Oliveira’s local and international career truly relates to the care he and his team take with each installation they are tasked with on a daily basis. This former draftsman with civil engineering project experience, festival organiser and heritage restoration technician has managed 100s of projects from Red Square Russia, to Redfern NSW.
A mandala represents her quest for balance, perfection and eternity through life.
Bec Ianna has been an integral part of the team over the last ten years with her multi-talented skills across all the mediums and processes we translate for our clients. As the glue between our departments, Bec and her team have a wide understanding of the production process and the venue landscape.
